Some details:

• Site topic must be related to the Sacramento area, or the site must be owned and managed by a Sacramento area resident.
• NO commercial sites (that includes sites that are mostly membership only content).
• NO porn sites, sites with pornographic banners, or sites that have required a warning to minors. You will be suspended.
• Do not use IFrame tags or other scripts that preload the Top 25 within your own web site.
• The list resets every two weeks (everyone goes back to 0).
• Only the top ten sites will have banners displayed.
• There must be a reciprocal PUBLIC link to the Sacramento Top 25, that is identified as such.
