Some details:

• Sites must have Sacramento area content, or be owned and managed by a Sacramento area resident.
• There MUST BE be a reciprocal PUBLIC link to the Sacramento Top 25 on every member's site, that is identified as such.
• NO commercial sites. NO porn sites, sites with pornographic advertisements, or sites requiring a warning to minors. NO member-only sites.
• NO loading the Top 25 within IFrame tags.
• NO loading the Top 25 within involuntary pop-ups.
• The list resets every two weeks (everyone goes back to 0).
• Only the top ten sites have banners displayed.
